3. Design & Develop
This is where the magic happens. We create designs based on everything we’ve discussed—refining and shaping them with your feedback along the way.
4. Refine & Finalise
We fine-tune the details and make sure everything is pixel-perfect. You'll get final files in all the formats you need (and maybe a few extras, just because).
5. Launch & Celebrate
Time to show it off! Whether it’s a brand launch, a new website, or a print project, we’ll cheer you on as your design goes out into the world.

How do I book a package?
Just fill out our contact form or send us an email! We'll schedule a quick discovery call to make sure we're a good fit and go from there.
What’s the payment process?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your project, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. Payment plans are available for larger packages.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes 2–3 rounds of revisions (depending on scope). We make sure you’re happy before final files are delivered!
Do you offer printing or development services?
We focus on design, but we’re happy to refer trusted print vendors or web developers if needed.
What if I need something not listed?
No problem! We love unique projects. Just tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll send a custom quote.
What files will I receive?
You’ll get all the final files you need: high-res, print-ready, and web-friendly formats (think: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, and editable files when needed).
